How to request a cancellation, resolve an order problem, and check a refund.

Cancellation requests
Email fidgotoys@gmail.com with your order number and email address as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation prior to dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the store.
Approved refunds
When an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, or if a refund is approved for a verified issue, we initiate a full refund to your original payment method. We do not issue refunds as store credit unless explicitly requested by the customer.
Refund timing and bank processing
Once a refund is processed from our end, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect back in your bank account or payment method, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Your statutory rights
Our standard policies do not override consumer protections under applicable law regarding defective, damaged, or misdescribed products.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email fidgotoys@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear unboxing photos and videos of the package and item so our team can investigate immediately.
